The second version of our Cloud PC platform, redesigned end to end. Version 1 asked people to configure a virtual machine. Version 2 asks what they want to do with it.
The catalogue is now organised by families — Tótem Works for office, admin and development, Tótem Graphics for CAD, 3D, rendering and games — each priced per hour and per month, with the specs underneath rather than in front. Choosing a machine went from a form to a decision.
A Cloud PC is ready in under ten minutes and reachable from a Mac, an iPad, a light laptop or a browser. It runs AutoCAD, the Adobe suite, Contpaqi and games on hardware the user doesn't own and doesn't maintain.
The rebuild added a consumer path that version 1 didn't have: **prepaid balance**, so someone can try a powerful machine for an afternoon without a subscription or a sales conversation. Alongside it, a business path with the things companies actually ask for — multiple machines under one account, centralised billing, and a way to hand a configured PC to a new employee on their first day.
It's multi-region and multi-currency, so pricing reads in the visitor's own money instead of a converted figure.
The lesson from v1 was that the hard part of selling cloud computing isn't the infrastructure — it's that most people can't map their work onto a spec sheet. V2 is largely an answer to that.
